Create Printables Using Canva

The printables can be anything – a poster, brochure, logo, menu, invitation, wall art, etc.

You can use these printables for yourself – to adore your workplace, to grow your business, or to keep yourself motivated

Or you can also make money selling these printables.

There are different platforms like Redbubble, and Amazon that help you with that but we are not talking about that today,

Here we’ll be discussing how you can create printables using my favorite tool Canva

Create Print Products Using Canva

Canva has ruled out a new feature & that is now you can easily create print products on Canva itself

and the best thing is you can do this just by using Canva free account, you don’t need Canva pro for this (although having a pro does help because you get access to all the features & graphics but You can very well create print products on canva by just using free account)

Step 1

Go to Canva & Click on Print Products

When you click on Print products there are many options available like posters, flyers, postcards, gift cards, gift tags, resumes, newsletters, reports, proposals, certificates, etc

Step 2

Choose the one you like, just for the sake of the example. I’m gonna design a poster.

Now you can use different types of templates available in canva or design from the scratch.

Here is the one I created using the templates available

When you are satisfied with your design, now it is time to print it.

Step 3

Just click on the share button & print products (Share >> Print Products)

Step 4

You need to enter the specifications like size, number of posters, etc

Step 5

Click on Continue >> make the payment >> enter your address & relax.

(You’ll also get to download a pdf copy so that you can see how the printed version will look. If any element is in the danger zone (out of margin) you can also get canva to readjust the elements.)

Your product will be delivered to your doorstep.

Important

If you are not happy with the product, you can ask for a reprint or refund. Also for every print order canva will be planting a tree.

Why I’m Sharing This

I personally use a lot of customized printables, My home office is filled with motivational posters that I design using Canva & then I get them printed locally.

I wish I could share a picture here but right now it is way too messy

Also, many businesses require flyers, brochures, gift cards, business cards, etc. And Canva can be really helpful here.
