Canva Pro Lifetime Deal for Rs 499 Legit or Scam?
Canva officially doesn’t have the lifetime access plan.
But I’m sure you might have seen n number of posts/ads on social media especially Facebook offering Canva Pro lifetime for Rs 499 or even Rs 299,
Is it really legit? let’s find out
If you go to the Canva website & click on upgrade you’ll see Canva Pricing.
Canva Pro costs Rs 499/month & there are people out there offering lifetime access to Canva Pro for just Rs 499. How authentic do you think it is?
But obviously, when given a choice most people will go for Rs 499 Lifetime access because it seems logical & budget-friendly. let me make this clear, it is not.
Most of these Canva pro offers are fake & third-party sellers which Canva doesn’t appreciate.
Although they claim to provide lifetime access, the question here is how long is the lifetime?
Let me explain in detail why I am writing this article & why you need to read this now!
Canva Pro Lifetime Access Offers Reality
Well one of my clients uses Canva for social media marketing freelancing services
Recently she has been working on an important project & out of nowhere, her Canva Pro account got downgraded to Canva free account.
It was completely unexpected. all the work she has created for the project suddenly had watermarks on it & thus they couldn’t be used.
She reached out to me & I contacted Canva. and the Canva support team told me that her account has always been a free account.
Later I was informed that she purchased Canva Pro Lifetime Access from one of the Facebook Ads.
She had the email & I reached out.
They told me it was just a technical glitch & will be resolved in 3-4 business working days, we waited for almost a week & nothing.
I kept following up but didn’t get any response & one day when my client opened Canva here was the notification she got.
And an email from Canva stated that the seller she brought Canva Pro was violating the policies
so she no longer has access to the Canva Pro account unless she upgrades it from the official site also she had to use her own personal account for this.
all her work went down the drain because she did use a lot of Pro graphics.
Now she had to upgrade & then migrate the graphics so that she doesn’t lose her work
This was an eye-opener for her.
Even if Canva Pro’s lifetime offer cost less it was costly because it did tamper with her work & blow up her workload.
So if you are someone thinking about getting Canva pro. I recommend you to go through the official site
Ik how essential Canva as a tool is for anyone who wants to build an online business.
Whether you are a Blogger, YouTuber, Freelancer, or Business owner doing Print on Demand, KDP, or Dropshipping you need Canva…heck almost 60% of my business involves Canva
I use Canva for my blogs, KDP, POD even design posts for Social Media.
So, I do know how essential Canva is but It is important that you get the right tool from the Right resource as well.
For example,
my client had her full social media planner ready, she even had posts scheduled.
It was the plan of action for almost 2 months & now everything needs to be migrated which is just unwanted work.
Also, if you get Canva Pro from 3rd party, you’ll always be conscious of your work, skeptical, worried, and hesitant to offer it to your clients because it might land not only you but your client in trouble.
Honestly, Canva is pretty affordable especially given everything that Canva has to offer.
If you don’t want to pay Rs 6000 which comes with Rs 499*12 then just go for 1 Year plan.
It costs around Rs 4000, I personally use It.
It is probably the best investment if you want to start a successful online business.
