How To Set Up Amazon Affiliate Link
Recently I posted an article where I showed you how to write articles to promote Amazon products.
After which I got many queries asking me how to create affiliate links for Amazon.
For regulars, it is a simple thing but I know it might seem tricky for beginners…so here I am to help you out.
This is gonna be a quick article…because it is a pretty simple & straight forwards process
Create Amazon Affiliate Links
Step 1
You have to sign up as an Amazon affiliate. for that just go to Amazon & scroll down here you’ll find a link called affiliates…go ahead & sign up
Step 2
Amazon Affiliate program has instant approval which means you’ll be able to promote the product as soon as you sign up
Important Info: After signing up you’ll get a 6-month window within which you’ve to have at least 3 sales to keep your Amazon affiliate account.
Step 3
Go to Amazon & find the product you wanna promote
Step 4
on the top left, there is Amazon Associate Sitestripe.
Using this SiteStripe you’ll be able to create Amazon affiliate links
Step 5
Here you can create 4 types of Amazon affiliate links.
Click on the text to get a direct link…you can even shorten it
Or click on Image where you’ll get a image link that has your affiliate ID embedded
Third is a text+image link – where the product image & the name will be visible & it links back with your affiliate link.
You can also create custom ads for the products you wanna promote
Just copy the type of link you want & paste it into your articles…and you are good to go!
